TalkFit

Overview

TalkFit is a presentation rehearsal app built to help you plan fixed-time talks, run timed rehearsals, park audience questions, review timing memory, and create final run cards.

TalkFit is designed to keep your rehearsal data on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or tracking services for the app.

Information You Create in the App

TalkFit may store the following content locally on your device when you choose to enter or generate it:

• Talk titles, subtitles, audience type, target duration, segment names, cue notes, and timing settings.
• Rehearsal runs, elapsed timing data, time debt events, cut or compression decisions, and timing memory.
• Parked questions, final run cards, edited card text, export history labels, and reminder settings.
• App preferences such as default target duration, haptic cues, color emphasis, selected talk, and export format.

This information is stored locally using Apple device storage technologies. It is not sent to us or to a server controlled by us.

Notifications

If you enable rehearsal reminders, TalkFit asks iOS for notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. Reminder content is handled locally by iOS and is not transmitted to us.

Sharing and Clipboard

TalkFit lets you copy run card text to the clipboard or share it through the iOS share sheet. These actions happen only when you choose them.

If you share content with another app, service, or person, that content is then handled under the privacy practices of the destination you selected.

Data Collection, Analytics, and Tracking

TalkFit does not collect personal data from the app, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Apple may provide developers with aggregate App Store, sales, crash, or usage information through Apple developer tools. That information is governed by Apple's privacy practices and is not collected by TalkFit inside the app.

Support Requests

If you contact us for support by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or app-related notes. We use this information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve support.

Please do not send confidential presentation content unless it is necessary for your support request.

Data Deletion

You can delete local TalkFit data from the app by using Settings > Delete All Local Data. You can also remove the app from your device to delete app data managed by iOS.

Children's Privacy

TalkFit is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or our practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
